Grounded Groove was born from a simple belief: that movement doesn't have to be quiet and controlled to be transformative. By weaving somatic awareness with sound, vibration, breath and the irresistible energy of groove, we've created a practice that honours the body's intelligence while celebrating its freedom. This is movement with a pulse — rooted in Pilates foundations but expressed through something far more expansive.

Meet Your Guide
With a foundation in Pilates, a lifelong love for dance, and a deep understanding of somatic practice, Polly created Grounded Groove to bridge the worlds of body, sound and free movement — where vibration meets breath and strength lives in the mind as much as the muscle.

Strength · Body · Mind
Built from the ground up — body and mind together. Deep Groove is where somatic awareness meets serious strength work, using vibration, breath and sound to build resilience that goes deeper than muscle. Think heavy bass lines: steady, grounding, impossible to ignore. Every movement is a conversation between your body and your nervous system, building strength from the inside out.

Free Movement · Sound · Expression
This is where the disco ball drops. Golden Groove is free movement through sound — dance-inspired, somatic, and completely uninhibited. Think fluid transitions, rhythmic sequences driven by vibration, and the kind of full-body expression that reminds you what it feels like to move without rules. Let the sound guide you. Let your body lead.

Breath · Vibration · Ground
The deepest cut on the album. Slow Groove strips it back to the essence — unhurried somatic movement guided by breath and vibration, inviting you to truly inhabit your body. There's still rhythm here, still groove, but it's quiet and internal. Sound becomes a tool for nervous system regulation, breath becomes movement, and every vibration helps unwind tension you didn't know you were holding.
